Mo Saliem

Mo Saliem brings a strategic and operational lens to his role as Portfolio Manager at Tag Software Group. With extensive experience leading business transformations and post-acquisition integrations, Mo is responsible for supporting the long-term growth and performance of the companies within the Tag portfolio.

Mo’s background spans a range of industries—including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, and energy—equipping him with a broad perspective and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. He works closely with leadership teams to align strategy, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver sustainable value.

Before his current role, Mo held key leadership positions at Valsoft including Director of Business Transformation and M&A Integration Manager, where he led post-acquisition integration efforts and transformation projects that enhanced value creation across the portfolio.

Mo holds an MBA and Lean Project Leader Certification from McGill University, as well as engineering degrees from Concordia University. He is known for his data-informed approach, collaborative leadership style, and ability to drive meaningful change across complex environments.
