Dave Scheine

Dave Scheine is a seasoned executive with over two decades of global leadership experience across high-growth software companies. As Managing Director at Tag Software Group and CEO of Cott Systems, Dave brings a proven track record in international expansion, go-to-market execution, and operational scale. He is responsible for driving strategic direction, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across the companies he leads.

Before joining Tag Software Group, Dave held executive leadership roles at some of the world’s most recognized technology firms, including Google, Yelp, Vend, and Podium. He has successfully launched and scaled products, teams, and operations in more than 30 markets worldwide, and has built and led global teams of over 100 across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success.

Throughout his career, Dave has demonstrated expertise in managing P&Ls, driving customer acquisition and retention, and building repeatable, high-performance growth models. At Podium, he served as Country Manager for Australia, scaling SaaS and Payments ARR exponentially. At Vend, he was the APAC Managing Director, and earlier at Yelp, he helped spearhead the company’s international expansion into EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. His early career at Google saw him in pivotal roles scaling global operations, including building teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Dave holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Communication from Stanford University. He is passionate about building high-impact teams and creating long-term value through leadership, innovation, and customer focus.
