Michele Jemus, CPA, CA, M.Sc., ICD.D

Michèle Jémus is an accomplished financial executive with over two decades of leadership experience in finance, accounting, and operational management across high-growth and highly regulated industries. As Head of Finance at Tag Software Group, Michèle is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring strategic alignment, fiscal discipline, and long-term value creation across the portfolio.

Throughout her career, Michèle has led finance teams through complex transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and high-impact growth initiatives. She is known for building scalable back-office infrastructures, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving regulatory compliance across global markets. Prior to joining Tag Software Group, she held CFO roles at Canada Health Infoway, Engene Inc., and Resonant Medical (acquired by Elekta), where she later served as SVP of Finance for Elekta Software Solutions.

Her early career includes leadership roles in corporate finance and consulting at KPMG and Raymond Chabot, Martin, Pare. Across all roles, Michèle has demonstrated a keen ability to align financial strategy with corporate objectives and deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Michèle holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Sciences with a focus in Finance from Université de Sherbrooke, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Université du Québec en Outaouais, and is a CPA, CA, and certified ICD.D board director. She currently serves as a board member at Financière des professionnels and continues to bring a governance-minded, value-driven approach to every organization she supports.
