Hussain Ahmed

Hussain Ahmen is an accomplished global HR leader with over a decade of experience driving human capital strategy, organizational transformation, and cultural alignment across international markets. As Director of Human Resources at Tag Software Group, Hussain leads people initiatives across a diverse portfolio of companies spanning EMEA, North America, LATAM, and APAC.

With deep expertise in managing the human side of mergers and acquisitions, Hussain plays a critical role in ensuring seamless integration, talent retention, and cultural cohesion across the Tag portfolio. His leadership is marked by a strong focus on aligning HR strategy with business goals to unlock value and support sustainable growth.

Prior to his current role, Hussain held a range of senior HR and employment law roles, including his tenure at Valsoft Corporation, NatWest Group, and Peninsula UK. He has led global HR business partner teams and supported more than two dozen companies through complex transitions and high-growth phases.

Hussain holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Liverpool John Moores University. He is known for his strategic insight, pragmatic leadership, and passion for building high-performing, inclusive workplaces that thrive on collaboration and innovation.
