Josh Hersh

Josh Hersh serves as Senior Legal Counsel for Tag Software Group, where he provides strategic legal guidance across the portfolio, supporting mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. With a strong foundation in corporate law and transactional work, Josh plays a key role in enabling growth and managing risk across the group’s global operations.

Before joining Tag Software Group, Josh held senior legal positions at ERCO Worldwide, where he advised on a wide range of legal matters including complex cross-border transactions and corporate structuring. His legal career began at leading national firms including Fasken and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where he focused on corporate and transaction services law, serving clients across industries and stages of growth.

Josh holds a Juris Doctor from Western University and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University, with a specialization in finance. His combined background in law and business allows him to bring a practical, solutions-oriented approach to legal advisory within fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
