Thomas Keenan

Thomas Keenan serves as both Portfolio Manager and Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Tag Software Group, where he plays a dual role in driving growth through strategic acquisitions and overseeing the performance of portfolio companies. With a strong background in capital markets and corporate finance, Thomas brings a sharp analytical approach to evaluating opportunities, executing transactions, and creating long-term value.

Prior to this role, Thomas held roles of increasing responsibility at Valsoft Corporation, most recently serving as Director of M&A. He led end-to-end acquisition processes, including deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, and negotiations across a variety of vertical software markets.

Before entering the world of M&A and portfolio management, Thomas was an Analyst in Capital Markets at Casgrain & Company, where he developed expertise in financial modeling, fixed-income strategies, and market analysis.

Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Concordia University and is known for his disciplined, data-driven decision-making and collaborative leadership style.
